Weapons Policy



	Weapon Policy
	All Personal Weapons must be presented to the instructor for approval before each class begins. The Instructor has the right to reject any weapon he or she deems unsafe. THIS RULE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE
	Remember when carrying Stage Combat Weapons outside of classrooms be aware of your surroundings and carry the weapon in a non-threatening manner. Edged weapons should be carried with the point toward the floor and close to the body. Any theatrical fire arms should be carried in a case. If a case is not available it should be cleared prior to leaving the area and carried with the muzzel pointing down and the action open with hands away from trigger mechanisms. If you have any questions refer to your instructor.
	Please remember that the Police are unlikely to react positively to any display of Theatrical Combat Weaponry. Please be sure to place all stage weapons in a carrying case or bag when moving around outside of buildings.
	NO WEAPONS SHOULD BE LEFT UNATTENDED or UNSECURED!
